About The Blend

Love Local

Owner, Tammy Joyce, is a North Carolina native with a huge heart. She decided to open The Blend in 2016 (formerly known as Romans 8) in Thomasville, North Carolina because she believes in being able to not only offer the best coffee in town, but also support her community while doing it. Although the coffee is imported, it is roasted right here in Davidson County, North Carolina.

At The Blend you will instantly feel welcomed with it's home-like atmosphere, friendly faces, comfortable seating, as well as Free Wi-fi service. Join us at The Blend for your favorite wake-up drink or a bite from our bakery next time you're in town.

Hope for Honduras

Hope for Honduras

Cultivated on the shaded hillsides of Honduras’ beautiful cloud forests comes a smooth yet robust coffee like you have never before experienced. Our coffee is roasted in small batches in Davidson County, NC to ensure optimum quality and ultimate flavor, our coffee (we’d venture to say the world’s best coffee) is carefully packaged for just you.

Meet Mando: Armando Perez is a powerful compassion missionary to the people of Honduras. Though he now makes his home in Davidson County, NC, Mando grew up in the little village of Lejamani, Honduras. He is one of the most selfless, servant-hearted men of God you will ever meet. He makes several trips back to his homeland each year to lead medical and compassion missions bringing health, wholeness, spiritual hope and joy to the people who remain so heavy on his heart.

The vision of “Mando’s Mission” is to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the whole person. Physical needs are being met through medical clinics, physical provisions, and micro business opportunities. Spiritual needs are being addressed through evangelism and church planting. Your purchase supports this mission and the opportunity for future transformation among the people of Honduras.

Check out the photos below from our last trip to Honduras in fall 2021!
